Code of Ethics

Love Concierge operates under a strict Code of Ethics, abiding by the following guidelines:

  • Profile writing – We will not falsely embellish a client’s characteristics in order to make them appear more desirable. Love Concierge is not in the business of making people into something they’re not. We understand that any misrepresentation will only have negative results in the end for the client. Our purpose is only to help clients describe themselves more creatively and in a way that best communicates with others and captures their attention.
  • Photo enhancing — We perform minor photo alterations in order to fix flaws that have resulted in poor photo quality. Examples include: color correcting, exposure adjustments, small touch-ups, etc. We do not do airbrushing or any excessive modifying of appearance.
  • Online dating communications — We will work with clients to develop a list of standard communications to be used. We will then send these pre-determined messages on their behalf. We do not believe in intentionally misleading anyone. Messages we send will have been our client’s words, and we are simply providing them time-saving convenience by sending communications for them — just as a secretary transcribes and distributes a memo for her boss, we are our client’s assistant and do the same for them.
  • Privacy — Client confidentiality is a top priority, and we will respect our client’s desire for discreetness. Additionally, any sensitive information (credit card numbers, contact information, etc.) obtained by Love Concierge will be kept secure. We do not sell any private information to third parties.
  • Moral and legal issues — Love Concierge reserves the right to decline any client request that we feel oversteps our company’s moral boundaries or that poses any kind of legal issue. Our associates conduct themselves under a system of high ethical standards, and we expect the same of our clients and will not be liable for any client wrongdoing.
